About Bidi

A native of Cushendun, a small village in the Glens of Antrim, Bridget or Bidi is always busy, she loves to paint, knit scarves, cook apple crumbles and is well known for her delicious fish chowder. When she has any time to spare she likes to spend it having fun with her adorable grandchildren.
